Rebranding

We kick-started the project with a brand discovery session, towards the end of which we found some inconsistency between the brand's purpose and its visual language. As the brand wanted to stick close to its existing identity we audited the logomark and made subtle but significant changes that changed the look and feel of the brand. We also added a new color palette addressing the two different target audiences and created a typography system that worked for brand communication and the product.

Structure & System

We sat down with the founders over long calls to understand the product and its offerings to both of its target audiences. We researched their competitors and target audience to find the gaps in the crowded market. Next, we planned the website’s structure and developed a story that is engaging and explanatory. The main webpage directed the users to two different landing pages- One for the corporates posting new internships and the other for students looking for active internships. We worked on several layouts and structures and worked with their content writer to address the different tone of voice and communication required for each page.

Website Design

After wireframes, grey-boxing, and content were in place, we went about defining the visual style of the homepage so that it could carry across to the other pages. We worked on storytelling, storyboarding and hero animations for all 3 landing pages to engage the audience and visually explain the benefits and use of the product. Further, we designed interactive components to showcase a variety of features of the product packs.
