To design a Doubt Solving application to help students that instantly answers to all academic questions with round the clock tutor support. We wanted to encourage the user to use the application frequently for solving their doubts and thus it was crucial to simplfy the users flow form start to finish.

To understand students pain points we interviewed 150 students preparing for different exams and created 4 user personas. We created high fedility wireframes to test it with out users and designed 90+ custom icons to cater different subjects and functions throughout the app.

We designed a streamlined userflow allowing user to get results with 3 simple clicks while clearly communicating the status of their doubt and tutor engagement. We furthur integrated gamification to encourage users to ask more doubts and stay on the application.
